Stop bad breath

Take natural healthy diet to reduce the bacteria that causes bad breath. Instead of mouthwashes and mint chewing gum, use the following to keep the mouth clean.

1. Intake curd with low fat daily.
2. Eat pineapple; it is a natural cleanser.
3. Munch raw vegetables to get rid of acid and food particles from the teeth.
4. Drink plenty of water to keep the mouth moist.
